Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, Scottsdale

I used to love this hotel for its beautiful grounds and amazing spa, but my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. While the spa facilities are still wonderful, the service and room allocation have caused major issues during my last two visits. The hotel offers a kids-friendly environment, but if you're seeking a quiet getaway, be aware of the noise levels. The quality of service didn't match my expectations, especially given the price I paid.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, which beautifully combines leisure and comfort. However, there were some areas around the pools that could use a bit more upkeep, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, but the rooms were somewhat dated and sound could be heard from neighboring guests. Overall, it was a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
